Iris-Mec’s CDR RC robot is the first device designed to offer an easy, quick and totally safe mechanical disassembly of vehicles.
Mainly composed of a 360 ° continuous rotation platform and a hydraulic vice with angular swing, the CDR RC robot is able to place the vehicle in any position, easing the disassembly of materials with the loader or excavator clamp.
All disassembly operations are carried out in complete safety: the positioning robot is remotely controlled by a programmable logic radio control (PLC), with automatic functions pre-set as needed by the operator.
