The information is provided only for this site and not for other websites that may be consulted by the user through the external links identified on the site or identified in the cookie policy.

Iris-Mec srl collects and processes the personal data voluntarily provided by the user when requesting information. The personal data it collects includes: surname, first name, company and e-mail.

Iris-Mec srl will not process any other data (other than those provided by the user) and will not track your data, except in anonymous form.

The personal data provided by the users are used to address requests for information on the Contact page of the site and are disseminated only and exclusively for the sending of an estimate or information on the services offered.

LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING AND LEGITIMATE INTEREST

In accordance with the provisions of art. 6, para. 1 let. a) and f) of EU Regulation no. 2016/679 the data is legitimately and lawfully processed because the interested party has given consent to the processing for the purposes defined here.

LOCATION AND DATA PROCESSING

Processing related to the web services of this site takes place at the headquarters of Iris-Mec srl and is only processed by technical personnel in charge of processing. User data will not be transferred to or processed in countries inside or outside the European Union or to an international organization.

DATA PROCESSING AND STORAGE PERIOD

The controller will process the personal data for a period not exceeding that necessary to achieve the purposes for which the personal data is processed until the consent is revoked and in any case no later than 10 years. The user may at any time terminate his account or his registration on the site or request the interruption of the processing or withdraw his consent, according to the methods indicated in the section rights of the interested party.

RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTY

As interested parties, users have the rights referred to in art. 12 of EU Regulation 2016/679: in particular, they have the right to obtain from the controller confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning them and their communication in an intelligible form, as well as the right to to access ; they can also ask to know the origin of the Personal Data; the purposes and methods of the processing; they can also obtain a copy, update, rectification or their integration.

Users also have the rights referred to in the Articles. 16-21 EU Regulation 2016/679 (Right of rectification, right to be forgotten, right to limitation of processing, right to data portability, right of opposition). They can therefore, at any time, request rectification, withdraw their consent, cease to be registered on the site, request the interruption of processing, cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of the Personal Data processed.

They may object, in whole or in part, to the processing:

a) for legitimate reasons, to the processing of Personal Data concerning them;

b) for the purpose of sending advertising material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication. In this regard, they can decide to receive only communications using traditional methods or only automated communications or neither type of communication. Finally, users will be able to lodge a complaint with the Privacy Protection Authority in Italy, or in the place where you believe that a problem with your data is generated, or contact them to request information on the exercise of their rights deriving from the EU. PROCESSING METHOD

Personal data is processed with automated tools and not only for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected. Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access.

MANDATORY / OPTIONAL METHOD OF PROVIDING DATA

The provision of data is optional. The refusal to provide data makes it impossible to obtain the service offered by Iris-Mec srl.

TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED

What data do you share when you use iris-mec.fr? – Identification data: Last name, First name, Email and Company. – Sensitive data: This data will in no case be shared with Iris-Mec srl. You may share this information when you request information or purchase a product on the site.

In particular with regard to navigation data The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but which by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow the identification of the users.

This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users connecting to the site, Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) addresses of requested resources, time of request, method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and to the user’s computing environment.

These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning and are deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of hypothetical computer crimes against the site: except for this possibility, the data on web contacts does not currently persist for more than seven days.

Data provided voluntarily by the user The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mails to the addresses indicated on this site involves the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary to respond to requests, as well as any other personal data included in the message. Specific summary information will be progressively reported or displayed on the pages of the site arranged for particular services on simple request.
