Iris-Mec recommends the KPL liquid weighing kit: a system designed for the optimization of the depollution operations and the real-time tracking of fluids recovery from ELV.
This is an additional system, consisting of a set of load cells and tanks, monitored by a PLC and capable of measuring with accuracy and, in real time, the quantities of fluids recovered during the depollution phases.
The procedure involves the initial registration of the vehicle, with the reading of a barcode or QR code, and the subsequent ordinary depolluting phases.
All measurements taken are stored within the company management network and used to improve productivity efficiency.
